Family Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice/Urgent Care - Greater 
Tulsa Oklahoma Area

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a growing 
family practice clinic and urgent
care. The FNP would work in the family practice clinic Thursday and 
Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm
and cover the Urgent Care Saturday and Sunday working 12 hour shifts 
for a combined 40 hour
per week position. The anticipated patient volume in the would be 20 
patients per day in the clinic
and 15-20 per day in the Urgent Care. The base salary would be 
85-95K+ (D.O.E.) with full
benefits including medical, dental, 401K with match. All malpractice 
covered 100%, dues fees,
licensure as well. Relocation package and Sign-on Bonus are 
negotiable for the right candidate.
