NNP COORDINATOR POSITION AVAILABLE! ARE YOU INTERESTED IN A LEADERSHIP
POSITION? A private hospital with a 43 bed Level III NICU in A MAJOR 
METROPOLITAN AREA
is in need of a NNP Coordinator to manage the team of 9 full-time and 
3 part time NNPs.
8800 deliveries per year. The NNPs provide patient management, 
delivery room coverage
and transport in the Level II and III units. The Coordinator position 
will be a day position and
be almost entirely administrative with some call responsibility if 
necessary. The NICU Director
envisions this to a a very high profile position--she wants the NNP 
team to have an exciting
innovative leader who will investigate new protocols; trouble shoot 
issues; serve as a liaison
between NNPs and physicians, and facilitate educational events where 
NNPs and physicians
hold discussions. Salary based upon experience.
