We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide women's health 
care services in an
outpatient clinic setting and assist in deliveries. There are 
currently two OB/GYNs and one
CNM on-site. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm. The estimated 
patient volume in the
clinic would be 20 per day and the provider would be trading call 1:2 
(first call) with the other
CNM. Compensation package starts at 75K-95K D.O.E. and includes full 
benefits package
including medical, dental, 401K, CME and CME allowance of $2,000. The 
provider would
receive 15 paid vacation days and 11 paid holidays! Full relocation 
package and separate
sign on bonus! This site qualifies for loan repayment as it has a 
high HPSA rating! Great
