CentraCare Clinic – River Campus is actively 
recruiting an Internal Medicine Advance Practice
Provider. This candidate will provide direct 
patient care in the clinic setting and follow up care for
patients with a variety of injuries and 
illnesses, including stable chronic illnesses. The Nurse
Practitioner functions under the supervision and 
authority of a physician mentor.

CentraCare Clinic is a physician-led, 
multi-specialty group with more than 225 providers. Our
team of health care professionals provides 
primary care and specialty care in more than 25
specialties.
