$5,000 Sign-on Bonus! Rural Health Clinic - Family Nurse Practitioner 
- Tennessee (1 Hour to
Knoxville)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic 
in Northern Tennessee.
The Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:00pm. The anticipated volume 
would be approximately
20 patients per day with a patient mix ranging from pediatrics to 
geriatrics with both acute and
chronic conditions including diabetes, COPD etc. The provider will 
function autonomously with
physician support via back-up call but within the community. The 
Nurse Practitioner can expect a
generous compensation package which is negotiable depending upon 
experience and a full
benefits package including medical, dental, 401K with match, CME, CME 
allowance, Malpractice
covered at 100%. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and a full relocation package 
negotiable for the right
candidate. This position may qualify for Loan Repayment through the 
NHSC as it has a high
