Samaritan Health Services is currently recruiting for a family nurse 
practitioner to serve as an
independent primary care provider and coordinator of our InReach 
Services Clinic in Albany,
Oregon. The InReach Services Clinic provides care for individuals and 
families without
insurance or who are under-insured. In addition to providing medical 
care, the Coordinator is
responsible for day-to-day clinic operations (referrals, follow-up 
care, charting, scheduling/
supervising volunteers, and interfacing with medical and non-medical 
community resources).
The Coordinator is under the direction and supervision of a medical 
director and an advisory
board.

Schedule: 40 hours/week, including a weekly Thursday evening clinic. 
Competitive
compensation and comprehensive benefits. Strong organizational and 
communication skills
as well as a demonstrated passion for working with underserved 
populations required.
