We have an immediate need in Detroit, MI for 5 Mid-Level Providers. 
The details of the position
are below. The client is eager to do interviews and would like to 
start someone in the next 3-4
weeks.

We are working with a client paying $55-60/hr in Detroit area to 
perform preliminary
assessments for an insurance outreach program. All appointments are 
scheduled and done
in-home. This is a proactive preventative measure to reach out to 
members that may not
seek medical attention when needed until their condition worsens and 
an Emergency Room
visit is imminent. This program is offered in hopes to improve 
patient outcomes and cost of
care. Provider will be performing physicals and assessments only - no 
treatments, labs or
procedures. Flexible scheduling offered for 3-4 days per week. 
Provider will need their own
vehicle to travel to and from appointments however mileage 
reimbursement is available.
Provider will be required to attend a 2 day training program. This 
will be an Independent
Contractor position. Immediate need and ongoing - definite potential 
for permanent and/or
long term assignment. Candidates need to live in or close to the Detroit area.
