As the Vice President for Field Operations, you will be charged with 
leading staff and volunteers
in the Florida Division's Central Region to achieve established goals 
in alignment with
established best practices. In this strategic role, you will ensure 
results by effectively guiding,
focusing and motivating others.

Just a few of the key responsibilities include:
* Providing overall leadership, support, and direction to Region 
staff and volunteers consistent
with Division priorities and annual goals.
* Ensuring volunteer recruitment, development, retention and 
succession strategies are
implemented to build and sustain business results.
* Provide focused leadership to achieve Region's Income Development 
goals emphasizing
mass market special events and corporate giving.
* Provide focused leadership to ensure development of high potential 
corporate partners.
* Ensure expansion of major gift donor club in appropriate markets.
* Provide focused leadership for Advocacy priorities to achieve goals 
and objectives.
* Provide focused leadership for Cancer Control priorities to achieve 
goals and objectives.
* Ensure implementation of Employer Initiative/Systems/Diversity Plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree, and five or more years of management experience 
in fundraising, sales
management, program development, public administration, volunteer recruitment,
staff and volunteer training and supervision, or an equivalent 
combination of education and
experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build consensus in order to achieve 
organizational goals and
objectives
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced 
work environment
* Proven track record in special event fundraising strongly preferred
* Extensive Travel within assigned Region.

The hiring range for this position is $101k to $130k commensurate 
with experience.
