3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Pain Management / Family Practice / ED Coverage

Kansas

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner interested in joining a 
growing Pain Management
Clinic and a Family Practice Clinic and have some light ED coverage 
responsibilities as well
(All of the Providers are Cross Trained). The Provider will be 
spending 40% in the Pain Clinic
50% in the Family Practice Clinic and 10% in the ED. The Clinic hours 
are 8:30am-5:00pm and
no weekends. The estimated volume in the pain clinic would run 
approximately 15 patients per
day and in the family practice clinic approximately 20 patients per 
day. While on shift in the ER,
the provider would see an estimated volume of 15 patients and there 
are physicians available
via back-up call. Base salary starts at $85,000 plus generous 
benefits including medical, dental
and 401K. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus and Full Relocation package available 
for the right candidate.
