CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST - APN
Wound/Ostomy

In this role, you will function autonomously & collaborate with other 
health professionals to
facilitate high quality, cost effective nursing care for patients; 
develop and mentor nursing staff;
manage change processes; and influence health care decision-making 
through expert clinical
reasoning, research and evidence-based practice.

Selected candidate must possess a Master's degree from an accredited 
school of nursing;
current IL RN & APN licensures; and certification as a Wound/Ostomy 
Nurse. 2 years related
clinical experience preferred.
