$5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (Greater 
Dubuque, Iowa Area!)

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a 
traditional family practice
clinic setting in the greater Dubuque Area. The FNP would be working 
8:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri
with collaborating physician support via back-up call and periodic 
clinic visits. The NP will take
the lead role in providing care and will have some light management 
responsibility with three
RNs reporting to the NP. The estimated patient volume would be 25 per 
day and there is light
call (triage only). Great opportunity for an experienced provider. 
Generous compensation
package ranging from $85,000-95,000K + (D.O.E.) with a comprehensive 
benefits package
including medical, dental, 401K with match. All malpractice, dues, 
fees and licensure are paid
by the employer. Three weeks of vacation, 1 week paid CME and CME 
allowance. $5,000
Sign-On Bonus and full relocation negotiable for the right candidate.
