$15,000 Sign-On Bonus! Rural Health - Family Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a family practice 
clinic affiliated with a small
general acute care hospital in new Mexico. The clinic is open Mon-Fri 
(8:30am-5:00pm) with no
weekends or call. The estimated patient volume would be 15 per day 
with 25% pediatrics, 25%
adult and 50% Geriatrics. Chronic conditions are prevalent in this 
practice setting including
diabetes,CHF,COPD etc. The collaborating family practice physician 
truly enjoys working with
the Providers and has a great passion for Medicine and serving the 
community. He is on-site
during clinic hours (loves teaching and mentoring) and there are 6 
other ARNPs in the
community. Base Salary starting at $95,000+ (D.O.E) with full 
benefits (which start the first day
of employment) including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match. 
$15,000 Sign-on Bonus and
$10,000 Relocation package! This site qualifies for Federal Loan
