Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac Transplant

We currently have an opening in the Cardiac Transplant department of 
a leading children's
hospital for a pediatric nurse practitioner. Your experience in 
providing highly specialized medical
and surgical support to pediatric cardiac transplant patients and 
their families will make you a
valuable member of the team at this hospital's Heart Institute. You 
will be responsible for
providing and coordinating highly-specialized patient care and expert 
management of the health
