Home Health Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Dallas / 
Fort Worth Metroplex

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work as 
an independent
contractor conducting home health visits and occasional nursing home 
rounds 15 days per
month. The schedule is flexible and the starting pay would run 
$80,000 with an increase to
$85,000 after a six month review. The candidate would arrive at the 
North Dallas office location
where a driver will have the schedule for the visits for the day and 
complete the requisite
paperwork. All calls go directly to the Dallas office and not the 
Provider. Since the driver will be
escorting the PA/NP, there would be no need for a car allowance or 
reimbursement. Great
