A 20-bed Level IIIB NICU that supports N. MI through its transport 
program is seeking NNPs to
implement a NNP program in the NICU. The NNPs will provide patient 
management to infants
above 26 weeks, attend high-risk deliveries and participate in 
transport when necessary. The
NNPs will work rotating 12-hour or 24-hour shifts. The average daily 
census for the NICU is
12 patients; the average NNP caseload is 6 patients. Salary based on 
experience. Experienced
MSN NCC certified NNPs preferred, but BSN NNPs will be considered if 
they can be licensed in
Michigan. The hospital will consider hiring new graduates who have 
extensive NICU nursing
