currently have an exciting opportunity for a:

Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to support the Family Health Center 
Woodbridge, VA. The individual
in this role will be responsible for:

* Performing patient examination, assessment, treatment intervention, 
and referral as outlined
and prescribed in approved clinical protocols.
* Provide appropriate examinations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-up 
care, education, and referral
of patients as necessary.
* Review radiology and laboratory reports for their own patients and 
seek physician assistance
when needed.
* Provide follow-up care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
* A current unrestricted state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
* Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American 
Nurses Credentialing Center
(ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is required.
* Must be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse 
Practitioner.
* Working experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting.
* Must hold a current and valid BLS certification.
