Busy and rapidly expanding Orthopeadic practice, serving NJ's coastal 
communities of
Monmouth and Ocean Counties is looking for a Fulltime Nurse Practitioner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform initial histories and physical examinations and assisting 
the physicians.
* Diagnose and provide ongoing patient care.
* Order and interpret diagnostic testing, i.e. x-rays, MRI, etc.
* Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, suturing, wound 
care and infection
management.
* Develop treatment plans, standards of care and professional 
practice guidelines.
* Prescribe medication within defined scope of practice.
* Provide clear, concise documentation regarding patient interactions.
* Respond to clinical line and counsel patient questions and requests 
for drug regimens.
* Detect and respond to adverse drug reactions with special attention 
to vulnerable populations.
* Provide patient education regarding process, diagnosis, treatment 
and medications as needed.

Qualifications
- High level of clinical competence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Licensed in the State of NJ
