Geriatric NP needed in Phoenix, Arizona for a locums position

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
30 hrs per week
Maintenance visits for Acute Care/Geriatric patient population
Patient volume is about 6 per day
Duties include: hypertension, diabetes
Malpractice insurance and mileage are provided
No weekends, no call
AZ license & DEA required
