APRN, Palliative Care
F/T Days (Four 10-hour shifts)

Candidate will utilize clinical skills of 
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
including a comprehensive health history; perform 
initial assessments and initiates appropriate
interventions; write patient prescriptions, and 
obtain pre-certification/authorization from
insurance company when necessary; provide for the 
teaching needs of the patients, their
families, and other health care providers to 
ensure patient education needs are met.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree required. Must be 
a graduate of an accredited Nurse
Practitioner Program. 2 – 3 years previous exp preferred.
