ARNP - Axis Palliative Care
(Hospitals, nursing homes, patient homes)

DUTIES:
Inpatient palliative care consult service. Will need to be able to 
travel between hospitals, nursing
homes and patient homes throughout Hillsborough County. May also 
assist with some palliative
care consults in nursing home setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in nursing, ARNP certification recognized by CMS for 
Medicare billing, Licensure
by state of Florida to work as ARNP, Previous experience with 
pediatrics, Knowledge and
experience in palliative medical practice and symptom management, 
Valid driver's license and
automobile insurance in the State of Florida; must have reliable 
transportation to be able to meet
visit schedule.

ARNP - PEDIATRICS
HILLSBOROUGH AND POLK COUNTIES

Inpatient palliative care consult service. Will need to be able to 
travel between St. Joseph's and
UCH-Fletcher as well as sites served by Good Shepherd Hospice in Polk County.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in nursing, ARNP certification recognized by CMS for 
Medicare billing, Licensure
by state of Florida to work as ARNP, Previous experience with 
pediatrics. Knowledge and
experience in palliative medical practice and symptom management, 
Valid driver's license and
automobile insurance in the State of Florida; must have reliable 
transportation to be able to
meet visit schedule.
