IN's most comprehensive neonatal unit, with a 55-bed Level III 
nursery), has several new
positions. The hospital currently employs 24 NNPs and plans to grow 
to 35. The hospital is a
tertiary referral center with all sub specialties represented. 
Position includes transport (mainly
ground, occasional fixed wing and helicopter), patient care 
management and high-risk delivery
attendance. NNPs manage cardiac patients, ECMO and rotate out to 
other nurseries to cover
labor and delivery. Shifts include a mix of day and 24-hr. Salary 
based upon ALL nursing
experience. Excellent benefits package that includes 6 weeks of 
vacation time, 9 holidays, and
11% retirement contribution. THEY WILL HIRE NEW NNP GRADUATES!!
