A Newly opened Children's Hospital wants to build a team of 8 NNPs 
for the 36 bed Level IIIC
NICU and special care nursery. This is a surgical unit where all 
surgeries are performed except
open heart. The patient population contains many babies with 
congenital heart anomalies. The
ECMO patients are in the PICU. This is a teaching hospital so the 
NNPs must be comfortable in
an academic setting. No transport or labor and delivery 
responsibility. 12 hour rotating shifts;
The NNPs will work 36 hours per week, but be paid for 40 to allow 
time for educational projects.
24/7 in house Neonatology coverage. Salary based upon experience.
