Certified or experienced Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health NP needed in 
north central Florida

*Certified or experienced Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health NP needed 
in north central Florida for
a locums position ASAP & ongoing
*Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week;
*no call, no weekends
*4 different locations within 20 minutes of each other-mileage will 
be reimbursed
*Outpatient, rural clinic
*Daily patient volume: 8-10
*Provider will be highly responsible for following-up on clients who 
are stable and already on
maintenance medications;
*will interact and be an advocate for clients;
*will be supervised and work will be performed under the protocol of 
a center psychiatrist
*Duties include: psychiatric evaluations & treatments, medical 
checks, and monitoring
*Basic support staff, MD at clinic 75% of the time
*Experience required: one year minimum with adults, mental health or 
community service
organizations preferred
*Certification required: APMHNP optional
*Skills required: function independently and inter-dependently, 
strong communication,
interpersonal skills
*Mileage, lodging, and malpractice provided
*FL license & DEA required
