Family Practice Clinic – Family Nurse 
Practitioner – Southern Kentucky (New/Recent
Graduates Welcome to Apply)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to 
join a well respected Family Practitioner in a
private practice setting. The clinic hours are 
Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm) with an estimated volume
of 20 patients per day. The Collaborating 
Physician enjoys training and mentoring Providers, so
new or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. 
Great compensation including a base salary
of $75-85K + (D.O.E), comprehensive benefits 
plan, vacation, CME and CME allowance. Sign-on
bonus and relocation package negotiable for the 
right candidate. This opportunity is located in a
HPSA area and may qualify for loan repayment 
through the National Health Service Corps . Great
