CNS POSITION AVAILABLE WITH A PROMINENT CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. An experienced
Advanced Practice Nurse with a MSN with a CNS specialty focus is 
preferred along with
experienced Advanced Practice Nurses who have a dual CNS/NNP MSN. 
NNPs who would
prefer a CNS position will be considered as long as they can meet the 
criteria to be licensed/
certified as a CNS in California. The home base of the CNS will be in 
the 41-bed Level III/IV
Children's Hospital, but the CNS will also have educational 
responsibilities in their two level II
affiliates (one has a 14 bed level II, the other has a 6 bed Level 
II. The role is well established
as they currently have 1 CNS and have had 2 in the past. The CNS 
functions autonomously and
in collaboration with other health care providers as a practitioner, 
educator, consultant, clinical
leader and researcher. The position is a DAY position (8am-5pm) 
Monday through Friday. The
hospital will consider a new graduate who has substantial high acuity 
NICU background. Very
competitive salary with a sign on bonus and relocation allowance.
