NEWLY DEVELOPED LEADERSHIP POSITION: MANAGER OF ADVANCED PRACTICE
NURSING--- A CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL desires a NNP who is comfortable in 
an academic
setting to provide leadership to the NNPs as well as the other NPs in 
the hospital. The Manager
will report to the CNO. A team of 8 NNPs is planned for the 36 bed 
Level IIIC NICU and special
care unit. A NEW CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN JUNE 2010! 
The Manager
will work a 40 hour work week--3 days devoted to administrative 
duties which will comprise 60%
of the role and the other 40% will be clinical. Salary will be based 
upon experience.
