The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* MUST BE AN ARNP with current license. Masters 
Degree Masters degree in Nursing required.
Masters Degree Geriatric Nurse Practitioner preferred.
* Leadership and direction to Geriatric Care 
Specialists (ARNPs) and a multi-disciplinary
professional practice team providing care for 
Group Health members during sub acute or
residential stays at community nursing homes.
* High quality, consumer-centered care and 
services by partnering and collaborating with other
Nursing Home Services and Continuing Care 
managers, leadership and medical staff
Coop-wide, clinic staff and multiple community 
skilled nursing facility providers.
* Strong verbal/written communication skills; 
program & budget experience, team leadership
and development skills; customer service skills, 
human resources management and assurance
of compliance with regulatory and practice standards required.
*2 years Experience in Nurse Practitioner role in 
geriatrics or long term care required.
