Rural Health Clinic - Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected 
physician in a Rural Health
Clinic. The practice is composed of one Physician and one Nurse 
Practitioner. The clinic hours
are Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm) with an estimated volume of 20 patients 
per day. Lab Services
and X-Ray on-site and the physician enjoys training and mentoring; 
therefore there would be a
90-day ramp-up / training period for the Provider. Base salary and 
incentive model (Based on a
Percentage of Net Collections) will place the Providers earnings at 
$85K per year plus full
benefits package including Medical, Retirement, and Paid Malpractice 
Insurance. This site may
also qualify for loan repayment through the NHSC as it has a high 
HPSA rating. Great opportunity
