a OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner to be a key player in the continued

The OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner will support the Family Health Center 
of Woodbridge, VA. This
individual will be responsible for the following:
* Providing care in accordance with individual clinical privileges 
and the scope of practice for the
clinic, under the supervision of a staff physician.
* Performing patient examination, assessment, treatment intervention, 
and referral as outlined
and prescribed in approved clinical protocols.
* Providing appropriate examinations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-up 
care, education, and
referral of patients as necessary.
* Presenting a professional attitude, respecting rights, 
responsibilities, and privacy of all
patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Minimum one-year primary care experience as an NP
- Current, valid, unrestricted nursing license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Must hold a current and valid BCLS certification
