Sleep Lab –Nurse Practitioner (Willing To Train 
New Or Recent Graduate With Interest In
Sleep Medicine)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a 
well respected group of Physicians in an
established Sleep Lab in Vermont. The Provider 
will manage 12 patients per day. Clinic hours
are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm. Monthly telephone call 
is expected, and it is traded with the other
physicians and providers. The provider will work 
alongside leading physicians that are
interested in training and mentoring a Provider 
interested in pursuing a career in Sleep
Medicine. Competitive compensation package 
($70,000-$85,000) D.O.E. with full Medical,
Dental, 403.b with match, 5 weeks paid vacation, 
$2,000 CME Allowance and 5 days of CME.
Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Package negotiable 
for the right candidate. This is an
excellent opportunity to join a collegial
