A WELL KNOWN HOSPITAL WITH A 25 BED LEVEL IIIB NICU needs additional 
NNPs to provide
patient care; provide staff education and attend high risk 
deliveries-approximately 1800 deliveries
per year with about 430 admissions to the NICU yearly. The NNPs also 
attend weekly
conferences and meetings, and occasionally give lectures. They 
provide care for Extreme low
weight infants. Some surgeries performed. The NNPs work 12-hr 
rotating day/night shifts; staff
2 NNPs at a time with a patient load of 12-13 babies. They take a 
multidisplinary approach with
an emphasis on family centered care. Salary based upon experience.
