Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Southeast Texas

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse 
Practitioner to join a well respected Hospital in
their Occupational Health Services Department. 
Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with
no weekends or call responsibilities. The Clinic 
is located adjacent to the main hospital and
staffed by a Physical Medicine Physician. The 
Provider would be responsible for performing
physical exams, preventive health, triage and 
treat emergencies and follow-up care for workers
compensation injury and illness, administer 
return to work exams, and provide professional
case management. Base salary of $80,000-$90,000+ 
(D.O.E) with a great benefits package
including Medical, Dental, 401K, Pension Plan, 
Generous Vacation and paid CME and a $2,500
CME allowance. $5,000 relocation package and a 
$5,000 sign-on bonus. Excellent location with
