Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Salem, Oregon

We prefer a clinician with a behavioral health 
background with a desire to take a holistic
approach caring for adult and pediatric patients.

Clinician must be comfortable managing patients 
with chronic pain issues and mental health
issues, to include medical management of both.

Outside referral network for counseling has been established.

No OB care.

Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri. - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Telephone only call: 1:6.

All electronic records environment, Next Gen.

CME, Oregon nursing license and DEA license paid.
