Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant needed for a family practice clinic with ER 
coverage responsibilities. The
provider in the clinic can expect around 15-20 patients per day. 
Great support staff. The provider
must have strong clinical skills and act autonomously in both the 
clinic and Emergency
Department. There are no physicians on-site only via back-up call, 
but there is another
experienced PA in the Clinic. The base salary is 88K-95+ D.O.E. and 
there is also an incentive
plan. The schedule would be 3 weeks on and 1 week off rotation and 
full time would be
considered 5 days per week. The one week off would include the 
weekend before and after for
9 straight days off! The hospital provides full medical, dental 401K, 
malpractice coverage, 3
weeks vacation and 1 week paid CME, full relocation package and a 
sign-on bonus of $5,000.
