NORTHWESTERN INDIANA Nurse Practitioner. Close to Chicago. Experience 
in primary care
and occupational medicine is necessary to apply for this position. 
Work 4 twelve hour shifts - 45
hours per week - with rotating shifts to include one weekend per 
month. Work hours 7am-7pm.
Salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus a comprehensive benefit package is
