Reporting directly to the Chief
Nurse Executive, you will have full responsibility to oversee the 
clinical management of
Observation Status patients and will direct appropriate patient 
disposition and placement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: You must possess a Master's degree, 5+ years of 
relevant hospital
experience, including at least 2 years in a management/leadership 
role, and 1+ year of
experience as an NP in a hospital environment. In addition, you must 
be a MD licensed nurse
practitioner with national certification in specialty, along with 
current BLS and ALS certification.
Highly developed customer service, communication, and computer skills 
are essential.
