ASC has an immediate opportunity for Nurse Practitioners to perform 
in-home health
assessments on Medicare Advantage patients. The NP will be conducting 
physicals and
discussing prior medical history while completing the required 
assessment forms. These
sessions will last approximately 90 minutes.

This project will take place in Danville, Harrisburg and York, PA.

Pay rate per in-home assessment is $75.
