Clinical Coordinator of the International Patient Program
Philadelphia, PA

The goal of International Patient Services at The Children's Hospital 
of Philadelphia is twofold:
to provide children the world over with access to the most skilled 
specialists in pediatric
medicine, and to make a family's experience with our Hospital as 
easy, comfortable and
supportive as possible.

The Clinical Coordinator of the International Patient Program 
collaborates regularly with the
physicians, clinicians and administrators from multiple Divisions and 
Departments at CHOP
while serving international patients. In this role, the Clinical 
Coordinator provides support to the
ongoing operational and monitoring activities of the International 
Patient Program which is
responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent and timely 
pediatric health services for
international patients and families. The Clinical Coordinator is 
integrated into patient services
by offering clinical summaries of medical records and coordination of 
consulting services
during clinical case reviews and evaluation requests from 
international families.

Requirements include Master's of Science in Nursing, National Board 
Certification as a Nurse
Practitioner, and 5 years of pediatric clinical experience. Fluency 
in a second language,
international experience and/or expertise and utilization and/or case 
management experience
are strongly preferred.
