Clinical Nurse Manager ­ Emergency Department

Full-time opening, the Clinical Nurse Manager 
reports to the Operations Director for ED and
Inpatient Services and is a resource for clinical 
staff (RN, LPN, ER Tech) day to day needs
based on acuity, patient mix and infection 
control protocols; provides leadership in team
building, skills and competency evaluation of 
staff and customer service; participates in quality
initiatives; provides interdepartmental 
coordination of resources necessary to support patient
needs. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 
years emergency nursing experience with
progressive responsibility, have a current RN 
license from the state; current BLS, PALS, ACLS
certification and TNCC preferred; excellent 
communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast
paced environment.
