Seattle-based Carena, Inc. is looking for experienced Nurse 
Practitioners who will deliver
telephonic assessment and in-home health care for patients of all ages.

Carena medical group providers create an environment for highly 
personalized care, wellness
education, and referrals to other resources provided by the patient's 
employer or plan.

The Nurse Practitioner must have a minimum of 3 years family practice 
experience and state
certification to care for children of all ages. Urgent care and/or 
emergency experience is a plus.
Carena provides excellent benefits and a competitive salary based on 
experience. Work hours
will include evenings and weekends.
