Franke Tobey Jones, located in the historic north end of Tacoma, WA, 
is seeking a Senior
Director of Clinical Services to join its senior management team. FTJ 
is a non-profit organization,
with an outstanding reputation for quality and innovation dating back 
to 1924. Reporting to the
CEO, this position is responsible for overseeing nursing care, 
assisted living, clinical and
wellness services at this 200-resident CCRC. In this important role, 
the organization is seeking
a team builder with a desire to impact positive culture change in a 
collaborative, resident-
centered environment. Candidates must possess a WA RN license, have a 
BS (MS preferred)
in Nursing, and at least five years experience in nursing management 
in a long term care
