Home Care ANP/FNP/GNP needed in central Arizona for a locums position

ASAP & ongoing
Monday-Friday (some weekends), hours will vary
Candidate must be dependable and self motivated
Geriatrics population: group homes/private residents
Patient volume up to 14-16 visits per day, minimum of 10 patient 
visits per day (pay per visit)
Duties include: admissions, Geriatric age with diabetes, 
hypertension, physical exams, & follow-ups
1-2 years experience required
Malpractice and mileage provided
AZ license & DEA required
Positions are also available in Prescott and Mesa
