Outpatient/Home Health Psych NP needed near Queens, NY for a locums-permanent
assignment

ASAP & ongoing for various shifts
(Guaranteed 23 hours minimum a week)
Clinical counseling, medication management, health assessment, 
symptom management and
    treatment for substance abuse in clinic setting (two days a week)
Providers will also be a part of a mobile, interdisciplinary 
community treatment team, providing
     full clinical and medical services (two days a week)
Skills needed: previous mental health, substance abuse assessment and 
treatment, flexibility
     in working with a team
Lodging, mileage & malpractice provided
NY driver's license
NY license & DEA required
