Out-Patient Clinic (Family Practice) - Family 
Nurse Practitioner – Northern Michigan

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to 
work in a Family Practice Clinic setting in
Northern Michigan. The clinic hours are 
8:00am-4:00pm with one day per week working
8:00am-6:00pm. Telephone call only (1:3) rotated 
evenly among three providers. The Provider
would see an estimated patient volume of 20-25 
patients per day to start. Base Salary of
$75,000 - $80,000 (Depending Upon Experience) 
with an opportunity to earn $100,000
(production based incentive plan) after the first 
year. Comprehensive benefits package
including Medical, Dental, 401K. Sign-On Bonus 
and Relocation package negotiable for the
