Rural Health Clinic – Family Nurse Practitioner – 
Eastern, Illinois (Qualifies for Loan
Repayment)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to 
join a well respected Rural Health Clinic in
Eastern, Illinois. The ideal candidate would be 
an experienced provider or recent graduate that
is Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) as the practice 
has a high Hispanic population. The clinic
hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with a Provider 
on site at all times. The estimated volume
would run 20 patients per day with no weekends or 
call responsibilities. This location qualifies
for Loan Repayment through the National Health 
Service Corps and has a high HPSA rating.
The salary range is $80,000-$85,000 (Depending 
Upon Experience) with a comprehensive
benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K, 
Malpractice, Vacation, CME, CME allowance
and a relocation package. Sign-on bonus
