beds and 59 skilled

Mid Level Provider
Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant
(Full Time Seasonal Position)

The Mid Level provider assumes responsibility and accountability for 
the assessment and/or
primary care for patients with work related injuries or illnesses. 
Obtain detailed patient
histories and conduct physical examinations. Provide service by 
appointment, walk-in, and
company on site visits and telephone consultations. Maintain current 
licenses and
certifications. Function under the Mid Level and Physician agreement 
on standard of care.

Job Qualifications:
* 2-3 years experience in direct patient care, preferably with 
OccupationalMedicine, ER, &
Orthopaedicsexperience.
* Current state certification and/or applicable license. Current DEA number.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with 
patients, physicians,
co-workers and community members.
