Lutheran Healthcare, a state-of-the-art, nationally recognized health 
system comprised of a
476-bed teaching hospital and multi-site ambulatory care network, is 
currently seeking qualified
candidates for full-time clinical social work and psychology 
positions in the Sunset Terrace
Mental Health Clinic, a Federally-Qualified community mental health 
center serving a
multi-cultural population of adults, children and families in the 
Sunset Park area of Brooklyn.
The clinic is currently expanding behavioral health programs.

Nurse Practitioner
- ACHIEVE CLINIC -

The ACHIEVE Clinic is a Primary Care Clinic that also stands as a 
Designated AIDS Center.
We are looking for a mature, responsible and caring provider who has 
at least three years of
clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and at least three years 
as an HIV/AIDS medical
provider. The clinician should be well versed in anti-retroviral 
therapy and up-to-date in the
latest treatment strategies, as well as known drug-interactions and 
adherence-tolerance
issues. The N.P. should have a New York State license to practice as 
well as demonstrated
expertise in HIV/AIDS care. Successful candidate will become part of 
a multi-disciplinary team
that will take care of both HIV positive and negative patients. 
Spanish-speaking/bilingual
providers preferred.
