We are currently seeking:
Breast Health Navigator, RN / Adult Nurse Practitioner

Description
Serves as point of contact for referring and consulting physicians, 
patients / family members,
and care specialists for the Nash Breast Care Center. Primary 
functions include serving as a
link between patients and all other care providers, assisting 
patients in understanding their
examination results and treatment options, providing procedural and 
treatment scheduling
assistance, practical problem solving, connectivity assistance to 
clinical and non-clinical
support programs, conducting outreach efforts to establish and 
maintain positive working
relationships with key customers, and coordinating QAPI data process 
for center performance.
Incumbents are accountable to the North Carolina Board of Nursing for 
practicing nursing within
the scope of the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act.

Requirements
Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program, with current 
license to practice as a
Registered Nurse in North Carolina. Graduate of a Master's Degree 
Nurse Practitioner Program
or Postmaster's Nurse Practitioner Program. Must have National 
certification as a Nurse
Practitioner and be licensed to practice in North Carolina as a Nurse 
Practitioner. BCLS
certification; recertification required biannually.
Preferred: Specialty certification in Breast Health.

Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in acute care setting. Experience in 
breast cancer/women's
health preferred.
