NP with substance abuse/rehab experience needed in western/central 
Massachusetts for a locums-permanent position

ASAP for 30 days of locums
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 40 hours per week; no call, no weekends
3 locations in western Massachusetts
Private Practice-office based treatment for addiction
Daily patient volume: 20-50; adults 17 years and up
Duties include: H&Ps and follow ups visits
1 supervising physician on site periodically
Experience required: rehab substance abuse
Lodging, mileage, and malpractice insurance provided
MA license & DEA required
