Locums Assignment One Hour North of Syracuse, NY
ASAP to Ongoing*
Full-time schedule; Monday-Friday, M(8a-4p) T(11a-7p) W(8a-4p) Th 
(7a-3p) F(8a-4p)
no weekend, no call
Out-Patient Family Mental Health Clinic
Daily patient volume: 15-30
Duties include: Psych evaluations, counseling patients, health 
education, develop
treatment plans, medication management and ongoing care
1 Part Time Physician and one RN on site
Skills required: Provider needs to be comfortable working independently; 
confident
working with children; 5+ years experience in Psych/Mental Health with 
Family/Child
patients
Mileage, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided
NY license and DEA required
